Data collection and use: Debrah collects information such as the information you provide when you create your account, information generated from your use of our services such as location, services and device information, and Debrah collects this data when the app is running in the foreground (when browsing the app) or background (the app is open, but Not on screen) and verification information if you register to use Debrah as a customer or delivery representative. Debrah may ask you for optional information such as: occupation, date of birth and some other information such as weight and height to provide some exceptional services, Debrah does not sell or display personal information to others for marketing purposes.

2. Demographic data: which includes user surveys and includes information such as access dates and times, application features or pages viewed, application crashes and other system activities, through cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain information.

3. Device information: We may collect information about the devices you use to access our services, including information about device types, device IP address, versions, operating systems, software, preferred languages, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device movement information and mobile network information.

4. Contact information: Debrah obtains some information related to calls or texts, including the date and time of the call/text message, and the content of the messages. We enable users and delivery agents to call each other or send text messages to each other without disclosing their phone numbers to each other.

5. Payment Information: We collect transaction information related to the use of our services such as: payment method, bank card information, transaction details such as the date and time of service and delivery.

7. Legal Procedures and Requirements: The personal data we collect may be used to investigate claims and disputes relating to the use or processing of Debrah Services or as requested by regulators and government entities.

8. Information Storage: We use internationally approved secure methods for data collection, analysis and storage, in order to prevent access to it by unauthorised parties. And if you are an IOS user, you have the right to request the deletion of your account by writing to us. Debre may also retain certain information for its legitimate business interests if necessary, such as preventing fraud and enhancing the security and safety of users. For example, if Debrah closes a user account due to unsafe behaviour or incidents affecting security, Debrah may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening a new account in the future.
